Each Khansa clutch is bedazzled by the designer herself in her little workshop in Riyadh. Every piece is unique, requiring a minimum of 10 hours of meticulous work to ensure the highest level of embellishments.
Why are some items available for pre-order?
Each Minaudière clutch is meticulously handcrafted, and the embellishment process alone takes a minimum of 10 hours. To ensure that every piece meets our high standards of quality and uniqueness, we offer it through pre-order. Kindly allow 4 to 6 weeks for your purchase to be completed and delivered to you.

Can I customize my own items or just Khansa products?
Yes, at Khansa, you can customize your own items, not just Khansa products. We offer bespoke embellishments with rhinestones, colors, and patterns to transform your personal accessories into unique pieces.
How do I start a custom order?
Please refer to the consultation section (under custom products) to send us your request, including all details about your item such as the brand, date of purchase, and its condition. Don’t forget to attach clear images of the item so we can assess it for customization. Once we receive your request, we will discuss design options, provide a quote, and give you an estimated lead time for completion.
What are the options for customization?
We offer a range of customization options, including rhinestone embellishments, personalized colors, patterns, and even monograms or initials. You can collaborate with us to create something truly unique and tailored to your vision.
How long does a custom order take?
The lead time for custom orders depends on the complexity of the design and the item itself. On average, it takes between 4 to 8 weeks to complete a custom project. We will provide you with an estimated timeline during the consultation. Larger orders may take more than 8 weeks to complete, so a prior consultation is important to assess the accurate delivery time.

Yes, we showcase examples of our past custom creations in our custom gallery portfolio section. This allows you to see the range of possibilities and get inspiration for your own project.
3. Shipping & Handling:
How do I send my item for customization?
Please note that shipping items are the client’s responsibility, and we recommend using a secure method for sending your item to us.
Who covers the shipping costs?
Clients are responsible for covering the shipping fees for sending their items to us and for the return shipment once the customization is complete.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer international shipping for both custom items and our regular product line. In some countries, orders may incur import fees, duties, or taxes upon delivery. While many orders won’t be affected, please note that any applicable fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by Khansa.
4. Pricing & Payments:
How much does customization cost?
The cost of customization varies depending on the complexity of the design and the type of item. The price may also vary depending on the materials and labor involved. We’ll provide you with a detailed quote after the consultation.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via credit card or bank transfer. A deposit is required to begin the customization process, with the remaining balance due upon completion.
5. Returns & Reimbursement:
What if my item can’t be customized?
If, after review, we determine that your item isn’t suitable for customization, we will inform you and arrange a full refund of any deposit made.
Can I return or exchange a customized item?
Due to the personalized nature of custom items, we do not accept returns or exchanges on customized pieces. However, if there is an issue with the quality of the customization, please contact us, and we will work to resolve it.
What if I don’t claim or complete payment after completion?
If a customer does not claim their order or complete payment within four weeks from the date of item completion, the items will be sold at our discretion.
6. Product Care:
How should I care for my embellished Minaudière or other custom items?
To preserve the beauty of your rhinestone-embellished items, avoid direct exposure to water, perfumes, and harsh chemicals. Store your pieces in a dust bag or soft cloth to prevent scratches, and handle them with care to maintain the integrity of the rhinestones.
What should I do if a rhinestone falls off?
Accidents may happen. If one rhinestone comes off, you can easily reattach it using a strong adhesive like Gem-Tac. Alternatively, you can contact us directly, and we’ll be happy to help restore your item to its original condition.
